1. What types of lights does GlowManor offer? We offer a wide variety of beautiful lighting solutions, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your lights are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your lights safe and high-quality? Yes! All our lights are UL/ETL certified where applicable, use energy-efficient LED technology, and are designed for safe home use. Many include warm lighting suitable for bedrooms and living spaces.

7. How do I care for my lights?

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • For bulbs: Use only the recommended wattage.
  • Smart lights: Follow the manufacturer app instructions. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
